Meet Victoria Schmidt

President
Victoria Schmidt is the President of CyberTrain, Inc., a Training and Software Consulting Services Company. Our Education team includes Instructional Designers, Developers, Experience Designers, Architects, & Instructors specializing in adult learning on any system or topic. Our Software Consulting team includes highly-skilled, senior-level Project Managers, BMC Software Architects, and Developers, as well as Remedy System Administrators and LMS Administrators.
Ms. Schmidt is an experienced Architect and Educator. She is also an accomplished Speaker. She has presented at numerous Conferences including the World-Wide RUG Conferences, the Service Management and Automation Conferences (SMAC), various BMC events and conferences, Kinetic Data conferences, The State of CO's IT Conference, and has been a keynote speaker for the Help Desk Institute in Seattle and Denver.
She has also designed and developed many courses, lead many teams and projects, and written articles. Victoria is an experienced professional with expertise in interactive eLearning and Instructor-led Training. She is skilled in all aspects of design from blueprinting to storyboarding, as well as in development using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Vyond, Powtoons, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and many more.
She is a skilled BMC Software Consulting Architect and Project Manager for systems such as BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM, BMC CMDB & Asset Management, Remedyforce, Kinetic Request, Northcraft Analytics, process improvement, analysis, testing, and architecture.
CyberTrain is well known for its highly skilled and experienced consultants, trainers, and eLearning courses. The majority of CyberTrain’s work comes from recommendations of past clients to new clients and repeat work.

Meet Danielle Sotelo
CyberTrain, Inc.
Director of Instructional Design
Danielle Sotelo of CyberTrain. Danielle manages the Training team at CyberTrain and specializes in eLearning / Web Based Training Development. She is highly skilled in Instructional Deisng and Captivate. She and the team develope courses that include lessons, insteractive demonstrations and system simulations for various IT and HR systems to include Remedy ITSM (Incident, Change, Release, Asset, Work Order, Task, Knowledge, Smart IT, Digital Workplace, etc.), Remedyforce, ADDM, CMDB, HealthStream, Kronos, and other systems as well as process and general HR training.
She also was part of the CyberTrain Team that helped create the State of CA's certification training for the Affordable Care Act when it first came out. This was a complex online training course that includes certification testing.
