Using Smart IT for Change Mgmt (ILO)

Service Description

This class teaches you how to use the new Smart IT interface to work with Remedy Change Management. It will include step by step instructions (with demonstrations) of how to navigate in Smart IT, perform searches, use the Ticket Console and the Create New features, as well as how to create and edit Change Requests and Tasks. This course will include both lecture/demonstrations and hands-on exercises where students practice what they learn.
