This course teaches you how to use Remedy Smart IT for Problem Management. It is a self-paced, interactive online course (eLearning Web-based Training) that includes lessons, system demonstrations and simulations to allow you to practice what you've learned as you go through the class. This course provides detailed instruction on using Smart IT for Problem Management activities. Note, we recommend that you take the Intro to Smarrt IT WBT first, then this class and the other module specific classes. Once you register and pay for the class, you will be given access to a link to go through the class as many times as you like within 30 days of purchase. Note that these courses can also be purchased with a hosting license for Companies who would like to host it on their own server with unlimited number of employees being able to access the course for an unlimited timeframe.
