Introduction to Smart IT (eLearning)

Service Description

This introduction to using Remedy/Helix Smart IT is a self-paced, interactive online course (eLearning Web-based Training) that includes lessons, system demonstrations and simulations to allow you to practice what you've learned as you go through the class. This is a general introduction to using Smart IT for ITSM activities. It should be taken prior to taking the module specific courses such as Using Smart IT For Incident Management. Once you register and pay for the class, you will be given access to a link to go through the class as many times as you like within 1 year of purchase. This is limited to the individual that purchased the course and may not be shared. Note that these courses can also be purchased with a hosting license for Companies who would like to host it on their own server with an unlimited number of employees being able to access the course for an unlimited timeframe.
