Training

Training Development - We can do both customized development or packaged training.  We can work with your directly or through a sub-contract. We can develop your training using your existing materials, in any format, to produce complete Instructor led classes, self study packages, CBT or WBTs to meet your specific requirements.  We can also provide you with off-the-shelf training in some cases. Remedy Implementation Services

We provide consulting services for analysis, design, development, implementation, project management, and staff training for Help Desk Systems.
